What is Co-Sourcing The Classic support model as our current agreement states provides as described in 1.5 above that:
• Client provide Level 1 (problem identification) & Level 2 (problem analysis / definition) support • TRM provides level 3 support (problem resolution) • The model is as below 
The Co-sourcing model is close to what we are actually providing Client for maintenance • Client provide Level 1 – Problem Identification • TRM provides Level 2 – Problem Analysis / definition and Level 3 - Resolution
