What is Co-Sourcing
The Classic support model as our current agreement states provides as described in 1.5 above that:

• Client provide Level 1 (problem identification) & Level 2 (problem analysis / definition) support
• TRM provides level 3 support (problem resolution)
• The model is as below

The Co-sourcing model is close to what we are actually providing Client for maintenance
• Client provide Level 1 – Problem Identification
• TRM provides Level 2 – Problem Analysis / definition and Level 3 - Resolution

• But Co-sourcing provides MUCH MORE – as follows

Why Co-Sourcing?
Co-sourcing enables:
• Client to focus on their business – not on the application technical attributes

  • Client provides a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Project Manager
  • Client manages in house systems, hardware, networks, operating systems
  • Client provides Business Application Expertise on an as needed basis to define and drive the Business requirements and results

 

• TRM provides all application support and enhancements and is able to operate as an application provider as well as providing outsourced services on Client/NN’s behalf by providing:
